Twenty One Pilots: Wake up! You need to make money!
It
is the disease of every day in this society: the need of making money.
It is always so important to have money in our pockets to “make our
dreams coming true”. But what dreams are those? Is it to buy a fancy
dress? Is it maybe to travel around the world? Well if is the second
statement maybe you have a very good reason to want a lot of money in
your life, but it is better to say “I wish to have ENOUGH money to travel around the world”, do you know why? Because your life is going to disappear in the hands of time and you’re going to be stuck to a desk in an old office. Do you really want that? The answer is no, right?
Well, if your answer is no, you have to
reconsider how you are approaching to money. Remember, money is not all
in life. However, there are some people so worried about making money,
because the world economy is not that good nowadays, and they say: Wake up! You need to make money! Do you remember the old days? When
we were children and our mamma sang us something like: “sleep little
baby”. Yes, it was good. And there is a song that makes us remember how
stressed out we are. It’s a song of Twenty One Pilots, and the name is: “Stressed out”, it’s a very good song and perhaps it could make you feel that you aren’t the only one with money problems.
In Psy Blog, there is an article in which your going to find some useful advises to keep calm. For example:
“If
you’ve been reading PsyBlog for a while you’ll know all about how both
mind and body each feed back to the other. For example, standing confidently makes people feel more confident. Mind doesn’t just affect body, body also affects mind.
It’s the same with anxiety: taking conscious control of breathing sends a message back to the mind.
So, when you’re anxious, which is
often accompanied by shallow, quick breathing, try changing it to
relaxed breathing, which is usually slower and deeper. You can count slowly while
breathing in and out and try putting your hand on your stomach and
feeling the breath moving in and out.”
So
let it go once in a while, and breathe! You’re going to find the way to
travel, but first be aware of yourself and try to relax. Keep calm, be a
better citizen and a better human being!
